What is kept

• Your phone number, because it is how you sign in. A code is texted to it each time. It is never used for marketing.
• Your name and email, if you give them, so orders can be addressed to you and receipts sent to you.
• A shipping address, only if you ask for something to be shipped.
• Your Discord id, only if you link Discord, so you can be mentioned when your print moves.
• What you ordered: the model link or file, colors, notes, price, and the print’s progress.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never touches this site; it only sees that a payment succeeded, the card brand and last four digits, and a reference number for the receipt. Cash is recorded as cash.

Receipts

A receipt is generated for every paid order and kept with it. If a printed copy is signed at pickup, a scan of it may be kept with the order too. You can download your receipt from the order page at any time.

Sharing

Nothing is sold or shared with anyone, apart from the services that make the site work: Stripe for payments, Twilio for sign-in codes, Resend for email, and Supabase for storage.

Removing your data

You can delete your account from your account page. That removes your profile and orders. Receipts for orders that were paid are kept as business records.

Prints

Every print is made to order from a file or link you supplied, so it cannot be returned. If something is not right, get in touch and it will be made right.
